Mgr. Ludmila Kutějová
Ludmila is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc and passed her bar examination in 2001. She is an expert in corporate law and M&A, bank regulation and media law, and also specialises in unfair competition, resolution of disputes and arbitrations. She has gained rich experience in consulting for Czech as well as international clients and can provide her services in Czech and English. In her spare time, Ludmila enjoys playing golf.
Mgr. Jan Maršál
Jan graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1997 and passed the bar examination in 2000. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property rights, and information and communication technologies (ICT), copyright law, relations between suppliers and buyers, media and advertising law. He speaks Czech and English fluently and has a working knowledge of Russian. Jan likes to spend his free time doing sports such as tennis and skiing. He is an avid sailor.
Mgr. Michal Briaský
Michal is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and passed his bar examination in 2011. He specialises mainly in commercial law, real estate law, insolvency and restructuring. He is a specialist in representing clients before courts in insolvency proceedings. Michal’s hobby is history.

JUDr. Mgr. Jakub Brejša
Jakub graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and CEVRO Institute, where he specialised in commercial law. After graduation, he worked as a court assistant at the Municipal Court in Prague, initially working in the insolvency department, later dealing with matters related to bill of exchange disputes, and subsequently in the areas of copyright, unfair competition, corporate affairs and legal actions under Part 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
In 2022, he received his JUDr. degree and subsequently passed the judicial examination in 2023. He started working as an attorney-at-law in 2024. In his spare time, he enjoys doing Les Mills workouts, travelling, and hiking with friends.
Mgr. Veronika Čermáková
Veronika holds a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. She started her career in advocacy shortly after her graduation and successfully passed the bar examination in 2019. Veronika specializes in corporate law and M&A, she also provides legal advice regarding bank financing and data privacy. In her free time she enjoys rock climbing, walking in nature and painting.
Mgr. Marek Chlup
Marek graduated in 2016 from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague with a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science. During his studies, he also completed a two-semester study programme in Finland, at the University of Turku. He specialises primarily in law of obligations and litigation. He usually spends his spare time playing tennis or chess. He has been an attorney-at-law since 2020.
Mgr. Gabriela Davidová
Gabriela is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. She passed the bar examination in 2018. She focuses on litigation, especially commercial, civil, family and media cases. She also likes to deal with the contractual agenda, real estate law and labor law. Gabriela speaks Czech and English. She enjoys spending her spare time in the countryside and engages in swing and jazz music actively.
JUDr. Lucie Hamanová
Lucie holds a Master’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law of University of West Bohemia in Plzeň. She gained experience during an internship at Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-Universität Greifswald and passed the state rigorosum examination in private law at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University Olomouc. She joined the bar in 2014. Lucie specialises mainly in commercial law of obligations, real estate law and medical law. She enjoys softball.
Mgr. Jana Immerová
Jana holds a Master’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc, she participated in a study internship at De Haagse Hogeschool in Netherlands and an internship job at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg. She passed her bar examination in 2016. She specializes in banking law, commercial obligation law and labour law. In her free time, she likes to travel.
Mgr. Lukáš Jelínek
Lukáš holds a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During his studies he participated in the Erasmus+ programme at University College Cork in Ireland. As a trainee attorney-at-law, he focuses mainly on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. When not working, Lukáš likes to stay physically active and never misses a chance to play some football at weekends. He has been an attorney since January 2024.
Mgr. Jakub Komár
Jakub graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. During his studies, he worked toward earning experience in general legal practice while also completing internships at a district public prosecutor’s office and a district court. He specialises in civil and insolvency law and litigation. Jakub likes to spend his free time travelling or reading a good book. He has been an attorney since 2023.
Mgr. Lukáš Korenek
Lukáš graduated in 2016 from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen with a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science. After finishing his studies, he worked in law offices in Prague. He has been registered as an attorney-at-law since 2021. As part of his general practice, he mainly deals with civil and commercial law, in particular real estate law and commercial law of obligations. In his spare time he enjoys sports and board games.
JUDr. Michala Kožená
Michala graduated from the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc. After completing her studies, she worked as a court assistant at the Municipal Court in Prague, where she mainly dealt with insolvency cases and civil procedure. Subsequently, she passed the Advanced Master’s state examination in Civil Procedure at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and the judicial examination, the latter in 2019. She served in the judiciary until the end of 2023 and started practicing law as an attorney-at-law in February 2024. She speaks Czech and English. In her free time, she enjoys the company of her family as well as acrobatics and gymnastics.
Mgr. Zdeněk Krejčíček
Zdeněk is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and has spent all his professional career in advocacy. Zdeněk successfully passed the bar examination in 2018. In his practice, he specializes primarily in insolvency law and disputes, but also focuses on criminal law. He is an active sportsman and likes biking, skiing and mountaineering.
Mgr. Radim Mlčák
Radim holds a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. After graduation, he worked as a corporate lawyer at the University Hospital in Brno, focusing on public procurement. He then moved to the Office for the Protection of Competition to deal with the subjects of abuse of dominance, vertical agreements and distortions of competition by public authorities. He is interested in history and information technology. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, reading and kettlebell workout.
Mgr. Jitka Pospíšilová
Jitka holds a Master’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc and passed her bar examination in 2014. Between 2015 and 2018 she worked in the legal department of a major TV broadcasting company. Jitka specializes in copyright law, obligation law, labor law and data privacy. In her spare time, Jitka enjoys skiing and squash.
Mgr. Tereza Svatoňová
Tereza graduated with a Master’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. She completed a one-year study programme at Université Toulouse Capitole in France, where she obtained the diploma Diplôme d'Études en Droit de l'Union Européenne. She has been an attorney-at-law since 2011. She specialises primarily in commercial contract law and litigation. She is an avid traveller and enjoys artistic gymnastics in her spare time.
JUDr. Miroslava Večeř, Ph.D.
Miroslava graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where she completed her doctoral studies in Theoretical Legal Sciences, specialising in Financial Law and Financial Science. Between 2009 and 2011, she was the principal investigator of a research project titled “Tax base in Selected EU Countries”, which was funded by the Charles University Grant Agency. She works at the Department of Financial Law and Financial Science at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where she pursues publishing, research and teaching activities. She has been an attorney-at-law since 2022. Her legal practice focuses mainly on financial and tax law, sports law, family and divorce law, media law and protection of personality rights. She is a member of the Family Law Attorneys Union and a founding member of the Media Lawyers Union (www.umacr.cz). She is fluent in German and English. In her spare time she plays tennis, practices yoga and plays the piano, accordion and ukulele.
Trainee attorneys-at-law
Mgr. Jakub Bradna
Jakub graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University with a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science. He already became a permanent member of our team during his studies. Jakub spent a semester at University College Cork during his ERASMUS+ exchange, where he focused on copyright and digital law. He also taught law at Czech secondary schools as part of the Street Law project. Jakub focuses on general practice, showing particular interest in intellectual property law, media and digital law and labour law. His hobbies include reading science fiction and fantasy books, running, playing basketball and organising summer camps for children. He published a brief non-fiction book about T. G. Masaryk. He has been a trainee attorney-at-law since July 2024.
Mgr. David Herák
David graduated with a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. He began gaining experience in our law office while still a student. David’s primary areas of interest include family law and sports law, which he intends to pursue in his career. He also takes an interest in environmental and criminal law. In his spare time, David stays active through sports and gym workouts, though he also enjoys playing computer games and watching films. He has been a trainee attorney-at-law since July 2024.
Mgr. David Hron
David graduated from a Master’s programme in Law and Legal Science from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During his studies he completed the CopyrightX course at Harvard Law School in the USA. In addition to his experience in international law firms, he is also knowledgeable in the field of IT. He provides legal services primarily in Czech and English in the fields of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and related areas. David is an avid athlete and traveller.
JUDr. Ing. Martin Mikulka
Martin graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague with a master’s degree in Law and Legal Science. In 2021, he also successfully completed his studies at the Faculty of International Relations of Prague University of Economics, receiving the academic title of “Ing.” Martin spent a semester at the Berlin School of Economics and Law within the Erasmus+ programme and also completed Schuman traineeship programme at the Secretariat of the European Parliament. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling and playing the piano.
JUDr. Barbora Perničková
Barbora is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, holding a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science. During her studies and following graduation, she worked at an insolvency trustee’s office. As a trainee attorney-at-law, she currently engages in general practice focusing on civil law, family law and intellectual property law. She has worked as trainee attorney-at-law since 2023. Barbora likes to be active in her free time. She enjoys CrossFit workouts, jogging and rollerblading outdoors. She also likes to travel and is interested in architecture and art.
Mgr. Tomáš Přibyl
Tomáš holds a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During his studies he participated in a student exchange at Tel Aviv University in Israel and in the Erasmus+ programme at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. As a trainee attorney-at-law, he engages in general practice focusing on intellectual property law, IT law, corporate law and civil law. He likes to spend his free time playing sports, travelling and watching good movies. He has been a trainee attorney-at-law since December 2021.
Mgr. Roland Szuscik
Roland graduated in 2023 with a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. He also completed a student exchange in Vilnius, Lithuania. He specialises in real estate law, commercial law of obligations and intellectual property law. Outside of his working hours, he enjoys rock-climbing and spending time outdoors.
Mgr. Jiří Villner
Jiří earned his Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. He has been a trainee attorney-at-law since September 2024. He spent a semester abroad on an Erasmus+ exchange at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in the Netherlands. Jiří’s legal focus includes corporate law, civil law, real estate law and cases involving unfair competition and unfair commercial practices. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, especially football, choreographic dance and cycling. He also likes reading and playing computer and board games.
Mgr. Dominika Zachařová
Dominika holds a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. As a student, she gained practical experience in law firms, which she now applies in her trainee attorney-at-law practice. She specialises in commercial, labour and family law and is also interested in criminal law. Dominika has worked as trainee attorney-at-law since 2024. In her free time, she enjoys practicing Tabata, spending time with friends and taking long walks in nature where she recharges energy for her work.
Mgr. Petr Žůrek
Petr is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, holding a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science. He has been a trainee attorney-at-law since 2022 and focuses on general practice, with litigation in particular being his favourite. When not in the office or at court, he can often be found at a running track, in the mountains or woods, or on a swing dance floor.
